To avoid any interruption during customer business operations while on-site support, a loan unit will be provided if unable to service it in the act.

• Dot Matrix Receipt Printer
• CCD Scanner
• Cash Drawer

Emergency Dispatch
Emergency dispatch services will only provided if the customer business operations are totally down and call in before 4.30pm

Next Business Days Service
On-site support services will be provided on Next Business Day if report is lodged after 4.30pm.

Monday to Friday : 9.30am - 5.30pm (Exclude Public Holiday)

Care-Line Services
Monday to Friday : 6.00pm - 10.00pm
Saturday : 1.00pm - 10.00pm
Sunday & Public Holiday : 10.00am - 10.00pm
