VKnow mobile app has been developed to support both Android and IOS platform. Owning a mobile app for your business is probably the most rewarding solution to give an edge over competitors.
Same group of members’ data will be shared at different platform. These members can also purchase merchandises at any types of sales channel and their transactions will be updated in HQ immediately.
Members’ application can be done at mobile app which can minimize the workload and go paperless. Meanwhile, if there are any changes of particulars, members can easily update their data in the mobile app. (ie:- address, mobile number, email address and etc.). Besides, redemption can be done at POS system, mobile app and ecommerce.
With the mobile app, we can advertise our products at a lower cost. New product release can be easily reached members.

Members who have installed our mobile app and shop at selected outlets as a self-service basis. At these outlets, members can purchase by scanning the products barcode. The payment will be made through internet banking. With a web printer, a receipt will be printed out for the member to collect their goods.
Step 1: Open ePOS function in the app.
Step 2: Scan QR code that place at the merchant counter. This QR code includes merchant code and location code.
Step 3: Once scanned, merchant code and location code will be displayed on screen as below.
Next scan product barcode by clicking "Scan Product" button.
Step 4: After scanning, product will be displayed as below. Click "Payment" button to make payment
by credit card or online banking.
